We offer a local pick up option through our online store as an alternative to shipping via mail. Due to high demand, we can't reserve items over the phone. If an item is out of stock online you can sign up for a back in stock notification through the product page. When items become restocked you will receive a one time e-mail and then you can purchase via online or in store.

During the online checkout process, you have the option to choose to have the item shipped to your address or reserve items and to pick up your order at our Saskatoon retail location at 224 20th St West. Local Pick Up orders are typically ready for pick up within 1 business day after you receive a order ready confirmation e-mail.  *you may be required to present ID at time of pick up.

Hardpressed does not process or ship orders on Saturday, Sunday or company observed holidays.

Your order will arrive approximately 5-10 business days from the date of purchase. Please allow up to 2-3 business days for fulfillment after your order is placed. Any order placed after 1pm CST will be processed the following business day despite the shipping method.  For more information visit our Shipping & Payment page here.

Domestic orders of available stock are typically shipped within 2-4 business days of placement via Canada Post. You will receive an order confirmation immediately after placing your order and a shipping confirmation email once your order has been picked up by the courier. Please pay attention to your order confirmation email for any fulfillment timeline variation dependant on the season. 

If you believe there has been a significant delay to your order and have yet to receive a shipping confirmation e-mail or any other communication from us since  your order was placed, we would be happy to answer any questions you might have. Send us an email at store@hardpressed.ca or give us a call at 306-384-5488  if you prefer. Please note orders placed on Saturday, Sunday or stat holidays will not begin processing until the following business day. Our office hours are Monday - Friday 10am-5:30pm. 

Unfortunately, we no longer offer any custom print or design work as our print capacity is full. This information is current as of June 2021. We have no plans to resume this service at this point in time. In addition, we are not able to print any of our designs onto another garment or colour, all of our designs are solely available as you see them online.

Our supplier only offers up to 2XL, we can offer up to 6XL T-Shirts by special order only. For more information email us at store@hardpressed.ca 

Hardpressed offers refunds on items in their original condition with tags still attached*, within 14 days of the original purchase date. Some exclusions apply - see below.


If the purchase was made online, we offer refunds within 14 days of the initial ship date. Refunds for online purchases are issued for the original purchase amount and shipping charges are non-refundable.

Returns must be accompanied by an original purchase receipt or packing slip/order number. Refunds are issued for the original purchase amount only excluding any shipping costs. Original method of payment must be present at the time of refund if returning in store.


*Items that do not arrive in "new" or "unworn" condition will be subject to a restocking fee determined by us depending on the condition of the item. Please keep tags attached if you are planning to return your item.

Exchange or receive store credit on items in their original condition with tags still attached* in store within 90 days of the original purchase date. Some exclusions apply - see below.


If the purchase was made online, we offer return for store credit within 90 days of the initial ship date. Exchanges must be accompanied by an original purchase receipt or packing slip/order number. Store credit is issued for the original purchase amount only and does not expire. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Yes, to return through mail include a copy of our return form and pack your item(s) securely. Send your items to 224 20th Street W, Saskatoon SK, S7M 0W9. All items arriving through mail will be inspected upon return. Items must be unwashed, unworn and in original condition with tags attached. Garments that are not in new condition will not be eligible for return.


We do not offer compensation for items lost or damaged in return shipping to our facility so we recommend that you choose a shipping option with tracking when returning items, standard shipping usually works just fine!
