Hardpressed is currently accepting returns through mail as well as curbside contactless exchange + in store exchange in accordance with our standard return policy.

Spend over $100 online and get entered to win a $1,000 Hardpressed gift card. 

  • Applies to online orders only, in store purchases are not eligible for entry for a $1,000 gift card. One entry per customer. Additional entries will be disqualified. One gift card will be awarded. The winner of the $1,000 gift card will not be able to return items from their winning order for refund. The original sale will become final. The $1,000 gift card prize is not eligible for return for cash or other value.

Receive 10% off orders over $150. 

  • Orders that are over $150 before shipping and taxes are eligible for 10% off. The discount will be automatically applied at checkout.


*Only orders completed during the promotion window are eligible for discounts. Promotion runs from Thursday, November 26th at 5:30pm CST and ends Monday, November 30th at 10:00pm CST. Orders placed before or after this window are not eligible for price matching, additional discounts, or contest entry.



Hardpressed offers refund, exchange or store credit within 14 days of original purchase date* (with the exception of Oneiro jewelry and sale items - see below) After 14 days, Hardpressed offers exchange or store credit only within 90 days of original purchase date. Both returns and exchanges must be accompanied by an original purchase receipt or order confirmation. 

Original method of payment must be present at the time of refund.

Store credit is issued for the original purchase amount only and does not expire. Items must be unwashed, unworn and original purchase condition with tags attached. Items that do not arrive in "new" or "unworn" condition will be subject to a restocking fee determined by us depending on the condition of the item. 


All sale items, hats and socks are final sale - no returns or exchanges.

  • Oneiro jewelry (excluding earrings) is only eligible for exchange or store credit within 14 days of purchase when accompanied by original or gift receipt. All earrings are FINAL SALE for hygiene reasons, no returns or exchanges.



Returns for refund of product purchased between October 1st and December 24th will be treated in accordance with our standard 14 day return for refund policy. However, the exchange or store credit policy will be adjusted to January 15th or 90 days, whichever is later to allow for gifts purchased in early October to be exchanged.

A gift receipt or the original receipt are required in order for items to be exchanged. Returns for refund will only be accepted within 14 days of purchase with original receipt and payment method present. Please provide gift receipts when giving gifts.




Hardpressed is offering curbside contactless exchange in accordance with our standard return policy as an alternative to visiting us in store.

Curbside contactless exchanges or returns can be made Mon-Fri 10am-5pm at 224 20th St W.

To exchange curbside please call 306-384-5488 upon arrival and let us know which item you are looking for, you will be asked to confirm your order number and name. Your item can be placed on the front step by the door protected by a bag or packaging. Please stand back to allow space for our staff to grab your item safely. They will then process and replace your exchanging item outside the door for you and a receipt will be sent to you by email.



Returns and exchanges for items purchased online are treated in accordance with our standard return policy when accompanied by a packing slip or order number and can be made through mail or in storeat 224 20th St. W in Saskatoon. 

Refunds both through mailor in store are processed through our online system back to your original method of payment, please allow 72 hours for the refund to appear on your statementdepending on your financial institution. Refund and store credit is issued for the original purchase amount excluding shipping charges.

All shipping costs to return items must be paid by the customer and original shipping charges are non-refundable. If you choose to exchange your item, Hardpressed will cover the cost to send you the replacement item(s).


All online exchanges are approved at the discretion of Hardpressed and cannot be accepted without an accurately completed and printed Online Return Form - foundhere. The form must be included in the package with your returning item(s) in order for your exchange to be processed.

All items arriving through mail will be inspected upon return. Items must be unwashed, unworn and in original condition with tags attached. Garments that are not in new condition will not be eligible for exchange. Items that do not arrive in "new" condition will be subject to a restocking fee determined by us depending on the condition of the item. 

  • Circumstances that may warrant a restocking fee are items that require steaming due to signs of wear (beyond normal wear from trying on) or have abnormal amounts of lint or hair on them. Items will be disqualified from return if they are scented with smoke/perfumes/cologne, or have visible stains or have been laundered/dry cleaned, etc.

We do not offer compensation for items lost or damaged in return shipping to our facility so we recommend that you choose a shipping option with tracking when returning items, standard shipping usually works just fine!
