HOUSE BRAND EXCHANGE POLICIES

If you purchased a product from Hardpressed and you are not satisfied for any reason, we offer exchange or store credit only (no refunds) by mail or in store - within 90 days of purchase date on all unwashed and unworn merchandise in it's original condition and with tags attached.

If you need to exchange for an item of lesser value, the difference will be applied towards a store credit for future purchases. If the exchanged item is of greater value than your original purchase, you will be responsible for paying the difference.

All items will be inspected upon return and garments that are not in new condition will not be eligible for exchange. Items that do not arrive in "new" or "unworn" condition may be subject to a restocking fee determined by us depending on the condition of the item.

Examples of situations that may warrant a re-stocking fee are items that require steaming due to signs of wear (beyond normal wear from trying on) or have abnormal amounts of lint or hair on them. Items will be disqualified from return/exchange if they are scented with perfumes/cologne, have visible stains or have been laundered/dry cleaned, etc.

Store credit is issued for original purchase amount (excluding shipping) and does not expire.

Sorry, we do not offer refunds.  

 

ONLINE EXCHANGE THROUGH MAIL

Items that have been purchased online through hardpressed.ca are eligible for exchange or store credit only, through mail or in store at our Saskatoon retail location.

All shipping costs must be paid by the customer and original shipping charges are non-refundable, however we will cover the costs to send you the replacement item. We do not offer compensation of items lost or damaged in return shipping to our facility.

All online exchanges are approved at the discretion of Hardpressed Print Studio and will not be accepted without an official exchange form.

Please complete the Hardpressed Exchange Form found here. Print off and fill out the form and include a copy in the package with your returning item(s).

Please allow up to 2 business days for your exchange to be processed once it arrives at our facility.

 

RETURNS

Generally, returned purchases - whether online or in store - are eligible only for store credit or exchange rather than a refund.

Final Sale items are not eligible for store credit, refund or exchange.

In the event that an item from an original online order - excluding exchanges - does not reach the point of fulfillment due to the fact it is unavailable the item will be refunded to your method of payment.






EXTERNAL BRAND EXCHANGE POLICIES

If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, new and unworn/unused items purchased in store or online at hardpressed.ca are eligible for exchange or store credit within 14 days of purchase. You may exchange items for a different size or colour within the same price range as the product you return, if neither option is available at the time of return you will be eligible for a store credit or full refund.

The collections for each of our brands can vary depending on the season so it may not always be possible to exchange for an exact style, but we will do our best to accommodate your needs.
