RETURN PORTAL

HOW TO RETURN THROUGH MAIL

Please read our Policies Page in full before sending back your item(s) to make sure you qualify for a return. If you have any questions, please contact us at store@hardpressed.ca. All returns through mail must be processed through our Online Return Portal and accompanied by the original purchase receipt or packing slip. Please use the provided prepaid shipping label (if applicable). International returns can be mailed to:

Returns for refund for all qualifying purchases are processed through our online system. Please note that the original purchase must have been an online purchase as we are unable to issue refunds for in-store purchases returned through mail. The original purchase amount, less the shipping costs will be refunded back on to your original method of payment once processed. Please allow 3 business days for the refund to appear on your bank statement depending on your financial institution. 

Returns for store credit for qualifying purchases are processed through our online system. A virtual gift card for the original purchase amount, less the shipping costs will be issued through email. Items purchased in-store can also be returned for store credit through mail. In that instance, please email us at store@hardpressed.ca and we will provide you with an order number so that you are able to submit your return request through our Online Return Portal.

 

RETURN SHIPPING FEES

Return for Refund or Store Credit - a $5 flat rate return shipping fee will be deducted from the final refund or store credit amount.

Returned Clearance Items for Store Credit - you, the customer, will be responsible for the full return shipping cost which will be deducted from the final store credit gift card amount. 

Sask Friday / Black Friday Only* Return for Exchange - an invoice for a $10 flat rate return shipping fee will be sent to the email address associated with the original purchase. Exchanging items will not be sent until the invoice has been paid. Hardpressed will cover the cost of shipping the exchanged item(s) back to you.

International Returns - you, the customer, will be responsible for the full return shipping cost as we are unable to issue international prepaid shipping labels. Please be sure to include the original purchase receipt, packing slip or some reference to your original order number in your package. Otherwise, we will be unable to process your return. 

Defective or Wrong Item Received - we, Hardpressed, will cover all shipping costs if your item is determined to be defective or wrongly delivered. Please utilize our Return Portal and be sure to select the correct ‘Reason for Return’.

All online returns are approved at the discretion of Hardpressed and cannot be accepted without an accurately completed Return Portal submission. The original purchase receipt or packing slip must be included in the package with your returning item(s) in order for your return to be processed.
