Exchanges
Items that meet the return conditions below are eligible to exchange for a product of the same value within 90 days of the original ship date. Return fees may apply, read more details here.

Items that meet the return conditions below are eligible to return for a store credit gift card within 90 days of the original ship date. Return fees may apply, read more details here.

Refunds
Items that meet the return conditions below are eligible to return for a refund onto the original method of payment within 14 days of the original ship date. Return fees may apply, read more details here.

*Shipping charges from the original purchase are non-refundable. 

RETURN CONDITIONS

All returned items must be unwashed, unworn, and in their original new condition with tags still attached. Items that are not returned in "new" condition will be subject to a restocking fee determined by us depending on the condition of the item. 

All returns & exchanges through mail must be processed through our Online Return Portal and accompanied by the original purchase receipt or packing slip/order number.

Our Google hours are updated regularly and reflect our storefront hours. Our customer service department is closed on Saturdays, statutory holidays and company observed holidays.
