RE: CANADA POST – POTENTIAL DISRUPTION

As you may have heard, Canada Post is currently in negotiations with the CUPW. With the potential for service disruptions, they have recommended that we ship orders through alternative carriers for the time being.

As a small business that has relied solely on Canada Post since we began, we’ve built strong connections with their employees and we support their right to a fair contract. However, to navigate these challenges and support our business, we felt it was necessary to offer alternative delivery methods to our customers.

• FREE Shipping* on orders over $150 Canada-wide

*We will choose the most efficient carrier option between Purolator, GLS Canada, Canpar, and ICS Courier.

EXPRESS:
• Purolator Express Shipping rates will be calculated and shown at checkout for Canadian orders.

INTERNATIONAL:
• UPS Standard & Express Shipping rates will be calculated and shown at checkout for orders going to the United States or the United Kingdom.
