Can I place a hold on an item over the phone?

 

We offer an In-store pickup option through our online store as an alternative to shipping via mail, for more information on In-store pickup click here. Due to high demand, we can't reserve items over the phone. If an item is out of stock you can sign up for a back in stock notification through the product page. When items become restocked you will receive a one time e-mail and then you can purchase via online or in store.

 

What does In-store pickup mean?

 

During the online checkout process you have the option to choose to have the item shipped to your address or reserve items and to pick up your order at our Saskatoon retail location at 224 20th St West. Pickup orders are typically ready for pick up within 3 business days after you receive a confirmation e-mail. Hardpressed does not process or ship orders on Saturday, Sunday or company observed holidays.

 

How long will it take to ship my order?

 

Your order will arrive approximately 5-10 business days from the date of purchase. Please allow up to 2 business days for fulfilment after your order is placed. Any order placed after 1pm CST will be processed the following business day despite the shipping method.  For more information visit our Shipping & Payment page here.

What is the status of my online order?

 

If it has been more than 3 business days and you still have not received a shipping confirmation e-mail or any other communication from us, we would be happy to answer any questions you might have, just send us an email at store@hardpressed.ca or give us a call at 306-384-5488 if you prefer. Please note orders placed on Saturday, Sunday or stat holidays will not begin processing until the following business day. Our office hours are Monday - Friday 10am-5pm.

    I would like to get a few t-shirts printed, is this possible?

     

    As of January 2017 we will not be taking on any new custom print work as we make an effort to focus on our newly opened retail and production spaces, and grow our own retail brand.

    I don't see my size as an option, are there bigger sizes available?

     

    Our supplier only offers up to 2XL, we can offer up to 6XL Tee Shirts by special order only. For more information email us at shop@hardpressed.ca
