Hardpressed is proud to be a Living Wage Employer. This means that employees are paid a minimum of the current living wage for Saskatoon which was calculated in 2022 by the Canadian Centre for Policy Alternatives to be $16.89/hour. In addition to earning a living wage, full-time permanent employees qualify for our group benefit plan which includes coverage for vision, prescription drugs, paramedical, dental, and life insurance.

Our retail sales associates are knowledgeable about the products we sell and create a relaxed and friendly atmosphere for our customers while ensuring exceptional customer service.
Production & Inventory Management
All of our screen-printed goods are produced in-house using automatic and manual presses. Our production team is always focused on providing the highest quality goods for our customers.
Online Store & Fulfillment
As our e-commerce store continues to grow, our online staff are detail oriented, efficient and great at managing a fast paced environment to ensure quick turnarounds and optimal customer experience from order to delivery.
Creative Marketing
Our in-house marketing and design team is made up of goal-oriented and creative individuals with an eye for design who strive to do things differently. They're committed to providing outstanding products and upholding Hardpressed's values by making meaningful connections with our customers that reach beyond the interest of making a sale.
