QuickBooks Online Integration Terms of Service

1. Scope

These terms govern the use of Hardpressed Print Studio Inc.'s internal QuickBooks Online integration ("Integration"). This Integration is for internal company use only and is not available to external parties.

2. Authorized Users

Access to the Integration is limited to:

  • Hardpressed Print Studio Inc. employees
  • Authorized contractors working on behalf of the company
  • Personnel with appropriate bookkeeping/accounting responsibilities

3. Acceptable Use

The Integration may only be used for:

  • Internal accounting and bookkeeping functions
  • Financial reporting and analysis
  • Business operations support

4. Prohibited Uses

Users shall not:

  • Share integration credentials with unauthorized parties
  • Use the integration for purposes unrelated to Hardpressed business operations
  • Attempt to access QuickBooks data beyond authorized scope
  • Export data for personal use or external sharing

5. Security Requirements

Authorized users must:

  • Maintain confidentiality of any access credentials
  • Report suspected security incidents immediately
  • Follow company data handling policies

6. Disclaimer

The Integration is provided "as is" for internal business purposes. Hardpressed Print Studio Inc. makes no warranties regarding uninterrupted access or data accuracy.

7. Termination

Access to the Integration may be revoked at any time by company management. Upon termination of employment or contract, all access is immediately revoked.

8. Changes

These terms may be updated at any time. Continued use constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
