WINTER WARM UP SALE POLICIES

PROMOTIONAL WINDOW

Product markdowns, BOGO 50% denim, and free toque over $100 promotions are expected to run from Thursday, January 25th at 10am CST until Monday, February 26th at 10am CST. Only purchases completed during the promotion window are eligible for discounts and promotions. Purchases placed before or after the below windows are not eligible for price matching or additional discounts. Hardpressed reserves the right to adjust promotion window as needed.

BOGO 50% DENIM

The BOGO 50% discount code will be automatically applied at checkout to the lesser-priced item. Applicable to the select denim styles that are shown in the Men's BOGO 50% Denim and Women's BOGO 50% Denim collections only.

Total spend on BOGO 50% Denim cannot be counted toward the Free Toque promotion, as two promotions cannot be applied to the same items.

All BOGO 50% denim purchased in-store are final sale. No refunds, exchanges, or store credit.

All BOGO 50% denim purchased online are eligible for Store Credit only (no refunds or exchanges) within 7 days of the initial ship date. If returning through mail, the customer will be responsible for the full return shipping cost which will be deducted from the final store credit amount. Store credit will be issued for the original purchase amount only (less applicable return fees). If the higher-priced denim is returned, the 50% discount that was applied to the second item will be deducted from the final store credit amount.

FREE TOQUE PROMOTION

Purchases of $100 or more (before shipping and taxes) are eligible for one (1) free Hardpressed adult or kids toque. Promotion is available in-store and online while supplies last. Total spend on BOGO 50% Denim cannot be counted toward the $100 Free Toque promotion, as two promotions cannot be applied to the same items.

Free toques cannot be returned or redeemed for cash or any other value. If an order that qualified for a free toque is returned, the refund or store credit will be issued for the original purchase amount only (less applicable return fees). If the return causes the order amount to be less than $100, the current retail price of the toque will be deducted from the final refund or store credit amount or charged to the customer.

FINAL SALE ITEMS

All products that have an orange "Final Sale" tag online or a discounted price in-store are FINAL SALE. Returns for refund, store credit, or exchange will not be permitted.

CLEARANCE RETURN POLICY

If purchased in-store: All clearance items are final sale. No refunds, exchanges, or store credit.

If purchased online: All clearance items are eligible for store credit only (no refunds or exchanges) within 7 days of the initial ship date.
