Paula works out of her studio based in the vibrant Toronto Junction area, where everything is currently made by her with care, passion and a personal touch. All returned items must be unwashed, unworn, and in their original new condition with tags still attached. Items that are not returned in "new" condition will be subject to a restocking fee determined by us depending on the condition of the item. 

All returns & exchanges through mail must be processed through our Online Return Portal and accompanied by the original purchase receipt or packing slip/order number.
